The
Bookkeeper's
Creed
Money moves fastest where records are weakest. We built GTE around the opposite idea — that every position, every fee, and every fiduciary act belongs on a register that names its capacity.
Utah's west valley,
far from the noise.
GTE INVESTING, LLC is a Utah company registered at 3772 S Old Wood Pl in West Valley City — west of the Wasatch, far from any trading floor. The distance is intentional. It keeps Series A positions honest, keeps advisory fees plainly client-paid, and keeps the register calm.
The company keeps 47 registered services in four series: dealing on our own account, customized advisory and fund management, fiduciary and trust administration, and the market machinery — clearing, quoting, transferring — underneath it all.
Written down,
held to account.
Three articles govern every entry on the register.
Name the capacity
Every action is marked — principal, advisory, fiduciary, or market service — before it is taken. Ambiguity is a defect.
Fees face the client
Advisory work is customized and client-paid. No hidden compensation is permitted on the book.
Documents outrank us
Fiduciary entries answer to the trust deed, the will, the escrow letter — never to our convenience.
One register,
four columns.
Series A is our own capital. Series B is client-paid counsel and management. Series C is fiduciary administration bound to instruments. Series D is the machinery — clearinghouses, quotation feeds, transfer agencies — that other firms rent.
The series never blur. A principal position is never dressed as advice; an advisory fee never disguises itself as a principal trade. That's the whole point of keeping a register.

GTE Investing, LLC is a private limited liability company organized in Utah. We are not registered as a broker-dealer or an investment adviser with the SEC or any state, and nothing on this site constitutes a solicitation of securities. Specific services would be performed under the registrations and exemptions that apply to them.
Series B advisory services are customized and compensated only by fees the client pays directly. We do not accept product commissions, placement fees, or revenue sharing on advisory entries — the fee is disclosed in writing before any engagement begins.
No. Series A principal dealing is conducted strictly for our own account and is kept on a separate book from any client-facing mandate. Where a potential conflict could arise, it is disclosed in writing before either side proceeds.
Series C covers administering private estates, bank trust offices, escrow and fiduciary agencies (except real estate), personal investment trust administration, securities custody, and nondepository trust company functions — each governed by the instrument that created it.
No. All content is general information about our service categories. Investing involves risk including loss of principal, and past performance never guarantees future results. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information here.
Write to a.ishikawa@gteinve.shop or call +1 (267) 747-9488. We respond to qualified inquiries within one business day and will tell you plainly which series your matter belongs in — or whether it doesn't belong with us at all.
